How long does it take to prepare my order?

Some products are in stock and others are created on demand to avoid storage in the workshop. I send orders no later than 2 working days after receipt of payment.

What is the delivery time for my order?

The time after sending your order is:

  • 2 to 3 days with post
  • 2 to 5 days with Mondial Relay
  • 48 hours if Colissimo

Don't forget to add the preparation time to this estimate!

Will there be a tracking number when my order is sent?

Yes, absolutely all orders are sent with a tracking number.

I haven't received my order, what can I do?

My apologies, unfortunately these are things that happen, packages are sometimes lost with postal services, especially during busy periods such as the Christmas holidays.
  • The first thing to do is to report non-receipt of the package to the postal complaints department: https://reclamations.laposte.fr/
  • Provided with the complaint number, then contact me at this email address unefourmidanslatelier@gmail.com to notify me, I will also do what is necessary with the post office to support your complaint.

My order is incomplete, what should I do?

Oops, to err is human! If this is the case for your order, I am sincerely sorry, contact me quickly at unefourmidanslatelier@gmail.com to inform me and I will send you the rest of your purchases as quickly as possible.

My product does not suit me, can I get a refund?

How are shipping fees calculated ?

Shipping costs correspond to the current rates of the different carriers depending on the weight of the order.
Don't forget: from 50€ of purchase, delivery costs to a relay point are free!
