Warm , this size of hot water bottle is ideal to place on the stomach to relieve menstrual pain or in cases of endometriosis, it also helps soothe painful joints.

In winter, it will warm up during canape evenings!
To heat it, place it in the microwave, on the radiator or on a stove while remaining vigilant.

Cold , it relieves sprains, tendinitis and other sports injuries, simply place it in the refrigerator for a few hours.

The insert containing the spelled is divided into several parts so that the seeds are distributed more easily and are not all placed on the same side.
